Lebanese Appeals Court sentenced Hannibal Gaddafi to 1 year and 3 months in jail for “demeaning judicial authority.” The court also sentenced Hannibal to pay 1320 dollars.
The sentence annulled the previous sentence that stopped tracking down Hannibal for the demeaning of Lebanese judiciary.
Hannibal was arrested in Lebanon in late 2015 when came from Syria. He was charged with hiding details in the case of Musa Al-Sadr.
