The Second Vice President of the High Council of the State (HCS), Omar Al-Obaidi, has discussed with the Turkish Assistant Ambassador and Third Secretary at the Embassy, the steps taken to end the transitional stages in Libya.
Both sides discussed the developments in the political process in Libya and the need to complete reaching a national consensus that would lead to holding parliamentary and presidential elections as soon as possible.
