The House of Representatives (HoR) has voted unanimously on the law establishing Hajj and Umrah Authority, according to the HoR spokesman, Abdullah Bliheq.
Bliheq added that the HoR voted also on the Education Committee’s proposal regarding increasing the salaries of faculty members in higher and technical education and scientific research institutions.
He pointed out that the HoR discussed the proposed law for the protection of the Arabic language, deciding to refer it to the Legislative Committee to for its legal opinion.
