Deputy Prime Minister/ Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Jinnah on Saturday received an official Palestinian delegation headed by Deputy Foreign Minister, Emad Al-Zuhairi, to discuss aspects of cooperation between the two countries.
The two sides agreed to form a joint working team to set priorities and a mechanism of action for the forthcoming period.
For its part, the delegation affirmed the Palestinian Ministry of Health's readiness to partner with its counterpart in Libya and exchange experiences.
They also agreed to dispatch Palestinian specialized medical cadres to develop the Libyan health sector in the fields of corneal transplantation and open-heart surgeries in adults and children.
