The Minister of Transport of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, has discussed with Turkish Ambassador, Kenan Yilmaz, the return of Turkish Airlines to Libya.
According to a statement by the ministry on its official Facebook page, the two sides agreed to prepare a memorandum of understanding in this regard and to accelerate the implementation of its provisions as soon as possible in preparation for the return of Turkish Airlines to operate its flights to Libyan airports.
Al-Shahoubi welcomed the meetings that took place between the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority and the Turkish Aviation Authority, praising at the same time the depth of relations between the two countries through the ongoing cooperation in all fields.
