Libya's Al-Ahly Tripoli drew Saudi Arabian Al-Hilal 0-0 on Thursday in the opening match of Arab Club Champions Cup as part of the first round of Group B.

Al-Ahly Tripoli played a good match against the host, Al-Hilal, thus drawing and winning a point in the opening match. Qatar's Al-Sad also drew Moroccan Wydad AC 0-0. All Group B teams have one point each at the end of round one.

Meanwhile, Al-Ahly's Tunisian coach, Tariq Jarraya, made headlines as he accused Saudi journalists at the post-match press conference of disrespecting Al-Ahly Tripoli and the players. On Sunday, Al-Ahly Tripoli will play Moroccan Wydad AC at an Abha city stadium.
