Berndt and Ayad

The Chairman of the Libyan Post Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (LPTIC), Mohammed Ben Ayyad, has discussed with the Charge d'Affairs of the US Embassy to Libya, Jeremy Berndt, cooperation in the information and communication technology sector.

Berndt said that he had an excellent meeting with Ben Ayyad and discussed how partnership will benefit both countries, according to the embassy X platform page.

On Monday, Berndt and US Commerce Department official Keith Kirkham met with members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Tripoli.

The meeting discussed ways to develop trade relations between Libya and the United States, where Berndt pointed out that the American private sector has much to offer Libya, and stressed his commitment to promoting strong business ties to benefit both peoples.
