The Minister of Culture, Mabrouka Toghi, has met with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Guven Begec, and the Director General of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Serkan Kaylar.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways of joint cultural cooperation, reviewing the possibility of implementing joint projects, in the fields of culture, arts and heritage preservation.
