Russian Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova has expressed her readiness to provide Libyan students with training opportunities and allocate scholarships in the fields of culture and arts.

This came during her meeting on Friday with the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Mabrouka Toghi, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, according to the Ministry of Culture Facebook page.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the possibility of signing an executive program for cultural and artistic cooperation that includes celebrating the 70th anniversary of Libyan-Russian relations in 2025.

They also reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of culture and arts and ways to enhance cultural relations between the two countries.
