The Foreign Minister, Naglaa Al-Mangoush met on Sunday, with the Iranian ambassador to Libya, Muhammad Reda, to discuss the return of the Iranian embassy to carry out its duties from Tripoli, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations, in addition to the activation of a joint economic committee between the two countries,
On Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed in a statement the return of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, saying this agreement serves the interests of the two countries and the region and establishes an Arab-Iranian dialogue that reduces tension in the Middle East and the Arab Gulf.
