The General Authority for Research and Identification of Missing Persons has made another breakthrough, announcing the successful identification of four previously unidentified cases of missing individuals from the tumultuous events of 2011 and the tragic Tarhuna mass graves.

Through DNA matching with samples provided by families of the victims, the Authority has managed to determine the identities of Mohammed Ramadan Belaid Suleiman and Akram Faraj Hamouda Hassouna, who went missing in 2011.

Similarly, Riyadh Rajab Ahmed Al-Marzouqi and Azaddin Mohamed Al-Mabrouk Al-Rashrash have been identified as among the victims buried in the Tarhuna mass graves.

The Authority confirmed that reports will be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office after completing legal procedures.
