The Municipality of Benghazi has organized a training program in the field of human resources management at the headquarters of the Center for Municipal Development and Support of Decentralization in the city, targeting the municipality employees, according to the municipality Facebook page.
This came within the “Rebuild” project, which launched in cooperation between the Municipality of Benghazi, the University of Benghazi, and the Province of Trento in Italy, and aimed to develop human resources, support institutions in the transition to a decentralized management system, and link the theoretical and practical aspects, according to the same source.
