North Korea has closed its diplomatic missions in Libya and Hong Kong, said the Yonhap News Agency on Tuesday, according to a Korean Foreign Ministry official, as the North Korean regime is facing economic challenges amid prolonged sanctions.
This step comes as part of a series of such moves, followed the Foreign Ministry's earlier confirmation of closure of embassies in a number of countries: Guinea, Nepal, Bangladesh, Senegal, Spain, Angola, and Uganda.
