Libya's Oil and Gas Ministry said OPEC's 24th meeting on Tuesday resulted in keeping Libya exempted from oil production cuts, on which other members agreed.

The meeting, attended by Minister Mohammed Oun, saw agreement on continuing the process of making up for cuts from last year by 400.000 barrels per day until next February.

The meeting also discussed joint ministerial committee's agenda and OPEC expectations for global markets. The next meeting is set for February 02, 2022.
