Libya's Fatwa House said that the number of users of its application in 2023 in a number of countries reached more than 64.000, most of whom were from Libya: 58.427 users, adding on its official page on Facebook that the most prominent countries using the application after Libya were Tunisia, United States, Egypt, Turkey, United Kingdom, France, Algeria, and Germany.

The Libyan Fatwa House launched its application in 2020 for people to request fatwas: audio and written, in addition to allowing user to search for previous fatwas from the archive of fatwas issued by the House.

As for its official website, the Fatwa House indicated that the number of visitors in 2023 had reached 3 million and 730.000. Libya came in first place with 1,496,000 visitors, then Egypt with 388,000, Saudi Arabia with 279,000, and then Algeria with more than a quarter of a million visitors. Morocco, Yemen, Tunisia, Jordan, Syria, and Iraq were among the countries frequently visiting the website.
