Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC) Fayez Al-Sarraj discussed Saturday with the High Council of State (HCS)'s head Khalid Al-Mishri and Second Vice-President of the HCS Fawzi Ukab a host of issues related to internal affairs.

The meeting debated the political and economic situation and the importance of respecting the democratic process and finalizing the economic reform program, according to Sarraj's press office.

The office added that the meeting also addressed the situation in the southern region and the outcomes of Sarraj's visit to the Sharara oil field, as well as the government's steps towards developing solutions for reforming public utilities and providing basic needs to citizens.
