The head of the Presidential Council (PC), Mohammed Menfi, has confirmed the PC's readiness to cooperate with legislative institutions to develop a constitutional framework for the implementation of parliamentary and presidential elections.
"Achieving the elections in 2023 requires everyone's involvement in financial arrangements to determine the priorities of public spending and its political neutrality, through a national committee that preserves Libya's sovereignty over its decisions and resources”, Menfi tweeted.
He also indicated that the file of national reconciliation, which is led by the PC, is the basis of all tracks, and it will be strengthened, with its pillars reparations and compensation, given priority in public spending.
