The Municipality of Azizia hosted an event to celebrate the graduation of the 36th batch of police officer cadets on Tuesday.
The ceremony was joined by Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah and the designated Minister of Interior, Emad Trabelsi.
This batch is the first to graduate in ten years, as the college produced the 35th batch of officers in late 2012.
"I am pleased to participate in the graduation of the 36th batch of Libyan police officers from this prestigious college after a 10-year hiatus, Dbeibah said in a speech to mark the occasion.
He vowed that his government would work to protect Libya and its unity and reject the return of wars.
