The head of the Russian contact group on intra-Libyan settlement claimed on Tuesday that son of Libyan slain dictator Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is “thinking positively” about the stability of Libya.
Lev Dengov told Sputnik news agency that his country is in constant contact with Saif al-Islam, and considers him as part of the peace process in Libya.
In June 2011, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Saif al-Islam al- Gaddafi for crimes against humanity and has repeatedly demanded his extradition.
