The head of the High Council of State, Mohammed Takala, has held talks with the Minister of State at the German Foreign Ministry, and Member of the German Parliament, Katja Keul, ways to achieve a democratic path leading to consensual elections.
Both sides reviewed cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance them, in addition to developments in the political situation in Libya.
The meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the High Council of State in Tripoli, was attended by the Chairman of the Council’s Political Committee, as well as the German Political Advisor, the Deputy Head of the Maghreb Department of the German Foreign Ministry, and the German Ambassador to Libya.
