The Military Zone of Tripoli condemned Sunday what it described as the attempt of some armed groups to deploy in the suburbs of Greater Tripoli and threatening to use force against its military camps, which could draw the region to another cycle of armed conflict.
The Military Zone of Tripoli stressed in a statement that it will stand firm against all those who might tempt to destabilize the capital or terrorize the peaceful people and drag the city into a no win no loser war.
The Seventh Brigade and the Central Security Forces, both from Tarhouna city, are stationed in Qaser Bin Ghashir district of Tripoli and are now trying to advance further into other Tripoli districts.
