The Supreme Court of Tripoli has set the date of January 21 to review the appeal filed by a number of members of the Libyan Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) against the ruling of Al-Bayda Court on the illegality of submitting the draft constitution to a vote, a judicial source declared.
Al-Bayda Court of Appeal ruled last October against the adoption of the draft constitution by the CDA.
