Turkey's new ambassador to Libya, Güven Begeç, presented his credentials on Monday, to the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government of National Unity (GNU), Taher Al-Baour.
Al-Baour wished the ambassador success in performing his duties, and expressed the Foreign Ministry’s readiness to provide him with the necessary assistance, according to the ministry Facebook page.
He stressed the depth of the historical relations between the two countries, and the importance of consolidating cooperation and partnership to serve their common interests.
