Turkish Airlines will commence flights to and from Mitiga Airport starting next week, Minister of Transport Mohammed al-Shahoubi has confirmed.
The Minister announced the developments after signing a memorandum of understanding between Libya's Civil Aviation Authority and Turkish Airlines and meeting all technical requirements.
According to Al-Shahoubi, Turkish Airlines will initially resume flights to Mitiga Airport next week, with flights gradually resuming at other Libyan airports thereafter.
