Two foreign workers were killed on Monday when a water line they were working on broke down, the Ambulance and Emergency Service has confirmed.
The incident occurred on Monday night in the Souq Al-Khamis district of Khums city.
The two victims were working on a project to develop a water transmission line.
One of the deceased was an African whose identity has not been confirmed yet, while the other was from Egypt.
The workers were rushed to the city's hospital before they succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead.
