The British Embassy in Libya has announced the provision of medical equipment worth 140,000 pounds to support the areas affected by Storm Daniel, which struck cities in eastern Libya.
“The United Kingdom continues to support communities affected by the floods in eastern Libya, as medical equipment worth 140,000 pounds, funded by Britain, arrived in Benghazi, ready to be transported to the areas affected by Storm Daniel”, the British embassy said on its X platform page.
The Embassy indicated that the medical equipment provided includes 5 cardiac defibrillators, 7 ultrasound scanners, and 25 stethoscopes.
