The Zuwara Security Directorate, in coordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency, launched a campaign to arrest illegal immigrants in the city.

According to a statement by the Directorate on its Facebook page, the campaign came to curb the exacerbation of the phenomenon of immigration, noting that illegal immigrants contributed to the worsening of the security situation and the increase in the crime rate in the city.

The statement indicated that immigrants who do not have identification papers will be deported, confirming taking all legal procedures against the people who sheltered them.
