Blehiq added in a statement on his Facebook page that Saleh confirmed the implementation of the “Emssaed-Ras Ajdair” road project as it was contracted and according to what was previously planned, in addition to the reopening of direct flight lines between Benghazi and Italian airports, as well as sea lines between them in order to serve the interests of the two peoples and to facilitate procedures for granting visas to Libyan citizens in general, especially patients and students in Italy.

Blehiq indicated that during the meeting, Saleh reemphasized that the solution in Libya was through holding presidential and parliamentary elections and forming a unified government whose mission would be to implement the electoral process to fulfill the aspirations and ambitions of the Libyan people.
