The head of Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has discussed with the head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, the steps to be taken to complete the housing units in the municipality of Derna through the Administrative Centers Development Authority, owner of the project.

According to the government media office, Dbeibah held a meeting with Shakshak on Sunday, in the presence of the head of the Government Team for Rapid Response and Emergency, Minister of Local Government, Badr Al-Din Al-Toumi. 

This was in order to follow up on government measures regarding the areas affected by the devastating floods resulting from Storm Daniel, which swept areas in the east of the country on September 10.

During the meeting, Al-Toumi presented the general position on the work plan being implemented, which at the current stage is focused on the health and education sectors, by paying attention to health centers, hospitals, schools and universities, according to the platform.

During the meeting, the supply of ready-made housing through the Economic and Social Development Fund was also discussed, to find urgent solutions to the citizens.

The meeting was also attended by Minister of State for Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Affairs, Adel Goma, directors of the departments of oversight of the sovereign sector and companies, and the spokesman for Government of National Unity, Mohamed Hamouda.
