The Former advisor to the commander of Dignity Operation forces, Khalifa Haftar, Mohammed Buisier, has disclosed that Haftar’s son, Khalid, signed a contract on November 01 with Grassroots Political Consulting LCC’s Daniel Fraci for the aim of political, military, and strategic advocacy for Haftar’s family at the US Congress.

Buisier said on his Facebook that the contract is worth 120.000 dollars and is for a six-month term that starts on November 01 2017 and ends April 30 2018 for the advocacy for the role of Haftar’s family and a clear narrative of their abilities at the Congress Committee hearings in the US to be involved in Libya’s political and military future.

He also said that he made sure of the details that are found in the contract, which can be seen by anyone as it is public on the US Justice Department’s Foreign Agents Registration Act FARA.

Buisier was Haftar’s political advisor and one of the staunchest followers of Dignity Operation since its very start in May 2014. Gradually, he changed his ideologies and stances and now he is considered a terrorists’ supporter by Dignity Operation loyalists.

Khalid Haftar is a Libyan citizen who has never been part of a military academy or a security department, however; after his father’s Dignity Operation, he became a captain in the so called “army” and a commander of one of the most important brigade in eastern Libya
