The Ministry of Social Affairs has announced the formation of work teams for psychological and social support in order to list families affected by the recent clashes in Tripoli.

These arrangements were made during the meeting of the Crisis Committee of the Western Region on Sunday headed by the Undersecretary for Administartive Affairs, Hussein Al-Bahbah, as part of the ministry's follow-up of the effects of the recent clashes in Tripoli.

The meeting discussed the situation that resulted from these clashes and a preliminary assessment of the damage, according to the information received from the competent authorities.

The participants agreed to form work teams for psychological and social support that would go to the areas which were the scene of the clashes, in coordination with the security authorities.

The work teams will identify those affected families, conduct social research and provide them with a helping hand.
