Al Hilal qualified for the Libyan Cup final after knocking out Al-Khoms team 4-2 by a penalty shoot-out Tuesday night at the Tripoli International Stadium.
The thrilling game made its way through regular time, but both teams failed to turn the chances into goals, ending the game with a 0-0 draw.
Al-Hilal made all 4 of their penalty kicks in the shoot-out, however, the Khoms team missed two of their kicks after Al-Hilal goalkeeper managed to save 2 penalty kicks and made the day for his team.
This win will bring Al-Hilal to the cup final together with the winner of classic rivals Al-Ahly Tripoli and Al-Ittihad, who are scheduled to meet on 19 June.
