The Libyan national football team won 2-1 against Gabon in the first World Cup qualifier at Benghazi's Benina Martyrs Stadium on Wednesday.
Gabon scored at the minute 11 by Boko and Libya scored the level goal by a header from Ali Salama from a corner cross.
Libya's Sanad Al-Werfalli scored the second goal from another header giving Libya three points at Group 6, which also includes Egypt and Angola.
Egypt, on the other hand, won 1-0 against Angola in Cairo, to come second behind Libya on goal difference.
