Minister of Education Othman Abdul-Jalil said Wednesday that 58,000 students will perform the General Certificate of Secondary Education GCSE that will be held this year in the premises of Tripoli University and higher institutes, starting from next Saturday.

In a press conference, the minister explained that a committee will be formed to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam process, pointing out that 52 gathering points have been set up for students, in addition to 30 central committees, 178 service delivery committees, and 5,786 exam supervisors.

He further clarified that the service committee will be tasked to meet the needs of students, including, organizing classes and seating numbers, as well as provide meals for students.
