The Libyan Ministry of Education has signed a cooperation agreement with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to contribute to the development of the education sector in the country.
According to the Ministry Facebook page, the agreement includes cooperation, education development, teacher training, improvement of the educational environment, digital transformation, and remedial education.
The Minister of Education, Mussa Al-Maqryif, praised UNICEF efforts and its role in supporting the education sector, with the aim of raising the efficiency of teachers and supporting the educational process, stressing that the signed agreement will contribute to supporting the ministry's plan.
The program aims to provide students with an appropriate, quality, inclusive education without interruption, through the rehabilitation of teaching staff and the improvement of educational conditions for students.
