The members of the 5+5 Joint Military Commission (JMC) has briefed the Head of the Presidential Council (PC) Mohammed Menfi on the details of their recent meetings in Tripoli and Benghazi, stressing the importance of "coordination, consultation and support by the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army (PC)." 

The attendees listened to Menfi's remarks and those of his deputy Abdullah Al-Lafi regarding the recent military meetings, and provided answers to the questions regarding developments in the JMC's work and ways to support it, according to a statement by the PC.

The meeting in Tripoli was attended by the Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, who is also the Defense Minister, and the Chief of General Staff Mohammed Al-Haddad.
