Abu Razizah assumes office of Chief Justice of Libya's Supreme Court

The newly-appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Abdullah Abu Razizah, who was appointed by the House of Representatives to replace Mohammed Al-Hafi, assumed his duties on Sunday in a handover ceremony in Tripoli.
Abu Razizah was appointed in mid-September in a session of the HoR held in Benghazi. Spokesman for the HoR published the decision of the appointment on Sunday after the former had taken the legal oath.
