The Turkish Defense Minister, Hulusi Akar, arrived in Tripoli on an unannounced visit from Saflia in Italy where he had been meeting with his British and Italian counterparts.
Akar discussed with British Ben Wallace and Italian Lorenzo Guerini cooperation in the fields of security and defense, along with various regional issues.
In press statements following the meeting, Akar confirmed that the meetings were very positive and constructive, expressing his contentment regarding the mutual understanding on several issues discussed between the ministers.
