The Deputy Head of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, reiterated the necessity of holding the comprehensive reconciliation conference in one of the Libyan cities, with the participation of all parties, to ensure progress in the reconciliation file, as it is the key to the solution in Libya.

Al-Lafi and the second Deputy Head of Presidential Council Mossa Al-Koni received the Congolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Claude Gakosso, and the African Union's Advisor for National Reconciliation, Mohamed Hassan Al-Labat, to discuss developments in the national reconciliation file and preparations for holding the comprehensive conference.

Al-Koni stressed the need for holding the comprehensive reconciliation conference without postponement and urged for continuing work on the reconciliation file.
