Minister of Local Governance, Badr al-Din al-Toumi, met with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, to discuss cooperation with Italian organizations and institutions in various sectors.
The ministry said the initiative aims to extend cooperation to new regions within Libyan territory that offer suitable environments and conditions for implementing diverse agricultural, livestock, fisheries, and other projects.
The Italian Ambassador expressed his country's keenness to enhance bilateral cooperation and strengthen joint initiatives. He emphasized the existence of numerous collaboration opportunities and highlighted ongoing efforts to leverage them in a manner that aligns with the interests and priorities of both nations.
