The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Seddik Elkaber, chaired a meeting on Sunday to discuss issues related to financial services.
The meeting, which included members of the CBL's Strategic Projects Committee, discussed digital financial inclusion and the role of financial services in meeting the requirements of the digital economy.
They also reviewed the bank's plan to expand electronic payment projects during 2023, including the instant payments system and the central platform for customer data named (know your customer electronically).
