The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has criticized the consultations that took place between members of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS) in the city of Misrata.
Dbeibah said in a post on his Facebook page that he was expecting reaching an agreement on fair and enforceable election laws, to meet the aspirations of the Libyans.
He was also waiting for them to take a stand against the kidnapping of their colleagues, whose fate became unknown after targeting them one after another without any results of the investigations appearing, as he put it.
