The Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah has followed up on the procedures for launching e-visa system for foreigners, stressed the need to support the private sector in all fields.
This came during his meeting with the Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed, in the presence of the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs.
Al-Abed presented a position to Dbeibah about completing the linking of the “Wafid” electronic platform with the Passports and Nationality Authority, and creating an account for local companies wishing to recruit expatriate workers, so that this company is considered the official sponsor before the Libyan state.
The Minister of Labour stressed that this step will contribute to facilitating procedures for recruiting expatriate workers and eliminating complex bureaucracy.
