The coordinator of Derna People Gathering, Adel Al-Barasi, said that all neighborhoods of the city will soon suffer water cuts due to the lack of diesel fuel stock in the steam desalination plant.
On his Facebook page, Al-Barasi clarified that Haftar's forces are committing a crime against humanity in Derna by besieging the city for more than twenty months.
He pointed out that the forces have denied entry of fuel allocated to the desalination plant, which will lead to power outages and interruption of pumping water to all parts of the city.
