The Second Deputy Chairman of the High Council of State (HCS) Fawzi Eloqab and the Charge d'Affaires of the Italian Embassy in Libya Nicola Orlando discussed the latest developments on the executive authority and the initiatives concerning it.
The two sides discussed during their meeting Wednesday in Tripoli the recent ministerial reshuffle undertaken by the Presidential Council (PC) and the resumption of dialogue between the Houses of Representatives (HoR) and the HCS on restructuring the executive branch and electing its members, in addition to the conference planned by Italy in November in Palermo, Sicily.
