A Russian humanitarian aid plane arrived at Benina International Airport in the city of Benghazi on Friday morning, delivering technical and medical equipment, in addition to Russian rescue teams, to help address the repercussion of Storm Daniel.
Russian President Vladimir Putin previously expressed his condolences to the head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, for the victims of the Storm Daniel.
