The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has announced that the first gas turbine at the Tobruk power plant is back into service after supplying it with fuel.
The GECOL expressed its thanks to the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Farhat Bin Qaddara, for his quick response in providing the fuel.
