A group of ten people has been arrested on charges of looting components belonging to the state-run electricity company (GECOL), the Public Prosecutor's Office has confirmed.
The office said that investigations led to the detection of several warehouses in the Falah area south of Tripoli that were used to hide the stolen items.
The Chairman of the GECOL had confirmed the company's ownership of the stolen materials, disclosing that the defendants are employees of the company.
