A German Court in Cottbus delivered a final verdict ordering the return of the Libyan private jet “Challenger” after being seized in Germany for four years.
The aircraft was seized in Germany over a legal issue about the ownership.
Challenger is owned by the United Airlines of the Economic and Social Development Fund, which has been working on regaining the seized aircraft across the world.
