The heads of the permanent committees in the House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS), discussed in a meeting held Wednesday, the setting of a joint work program to formulate a national project to include a road map to end the transitional phase.
The meeting also included discussions, in the presence of parliament speaker, Hamouda Sayala, on the mechanisms of cooperation in choosing the leadership positions of political institutions, according to article 15 of the political agreement.
It also encompassed the vision for the future of the post-war Libyan State, according to Article 12 of the political agreement.
